Vice Principal's Message - MarchSemester 2 at LSO is off to an amazing start! A number of our students are dipping their toes in the Dual Credit program by taking the Food Safety Course through NAIT. As well, on February 1 and 2, Neal Knoot from Northern Lakes College provided our students with instruction in First Aid. 10 students now have their Standard First Aid Level C AED/CPR!

Lesser Slave Lake MLA Hon. Danielle Larivee dropped by for lunch on March 2 to visit our First Aid students and their CPR dummies.

Art, Aboriginal Studies, Music and Cree Language are up and running for both our jr. high and high school students. We're looking forward to all of the amazing projects that students will create through these programs.

LSO will be holding our monthly Leaf Ceremony on February 28, 2018. This month, 18 students will be receiving leaves for our bulletin board. Students earned 65 credits this month, making a yearly total of 158 so far!
